What is ETA-Monitor?
ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival
ETA monitor is a collective name of an online platform on which logistics time(s) is made transparent.
It is intended and accesible for logistic service providers, carriers, suppliers (senders), service companies and deliverers (drivers).
By collecting planned/estimated times and recalculating actual times, receivers will be informed via the platform.
This results in better service, less re-deliveries, higher efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Couriers
On CourierApp the courier can consult the planned stops (addresses) on a mobile device (smartphone or tablet).
At each stop the courier can update his/her progress on the app. Delivery times for the remaining stops will be recalculated and updated directly on ETA-monitor.
Therefore, the remaining receivers always have the real estimated time of arrival!
